Our client is a UAE-based organic skincare and beauty brand specializing in natural, chemical-free skincare solutions designed for modern consumers seeking clean and sustainable beauty products. While the brand had already established a strong product reputation and growing online visibility, their digital growth was being limited by one major challenge — attracting the wrong audience.
Despite receiving healthy search impressions and international traffic, a large portion of visitors were coming from regions outside their primary UAE market. This resulted in low conversion rates, weak purchase intent, and wasted SEO potential across high-value commercial keywords.

The core issue wasn’t a lack of visibility — it was visibility in the wrong regions. The website was ranking for skincare-related searches globally, but much of the traffic lacked purchase intent or geographic relevance to the UAE market.
Additionally, the skincare industry in the UAE is highly competitive, with international brands aggressively investing in SEO, content marketing, and paid acquisition. This created a difficult environment for the brand to build authority and capture high-intent organic traffic locally.
Our strategy focused on restructuring the SEO foundation around UAE-specific search intent, optimizing technical targeting signals, and building content aligned with transactional organic skincare searches within the region.
The website ranked for broad skincare searches across multiple countries, but a large share of visitors came from non-UAE regions with little to no purchase intent. While traffic numbers appeared healthy, the audience was not aligned with the brand’s actual customer base, resulting in weak conversion performance and limited business impact.
The website lacked strong UAE-focused SEO signals across content, metadata, and site structure. Product pages were too generic, location modifiers were missing from key pages, and there were no dedicated UAE-focused landing pages to strengthen regional relevance in search results.
The site was primarily ranking for informational skincare searches instead of high-intent commercial keywords. It appeared for terms like “what is organic skincare” and “natural beauty products benefits,” but missed valuable purchase-driven searches such as “buy organic skincare UAE” and “organic face cream Dubai delivery.” This created a disconnect between traffic growth and actual revenue generation.

Organic traffic value increased from approximately $1,200/month to $3,432/month equivalent as rankings and visibility improved across commercial automotive searches.

Ranking keywords increased from 126 to 276, with major growth across high-intent automotive searches related to make, model, and location combinations.

Engaged sessions increased from 534 to 999 per month, supported by improved collection-page quality, stronger UX, and better search intent alignment.
